Welcome to The Unofficial Brand. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of theunofficialbrand.com (the "Site") and any purchase you make from us. By using the Site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, don't use the Site.

We're a small, independent label. We keep these terms straightforward — read them.

who we are

The Unofficial Brand is an independent streetwear label. The Site and all sales are operated by Unofficial-Brand LLC, a limited liability company organized under the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA ("the Company"). The brand is designed and produced in Guatemala, and orders ship from there. Throughout these Terms, "we," "us," and "our" refer to the Company, and "The Unofficial Brand" refers to the brand it operates. "You" refers to you, the user or customer.

The Unofficial Brand is independent and entirely unofficial. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or connected to FIFA, any World Cup organizing body, any national football federation, any national team, any league, or any official sporting organization.

Our products are original artistic works inspired by global football fan culture. They are not official merchandise, replicas, or licensed products of any team, country, or governing body. We do not use official team names, crests, badges, logos, or trademarks. Country references in our product names refer to fan identity and culture — never to any official entity.

If you're looking for official merchandise, this isn't it. That's the entire point.

eligibility

By placing an order, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old, or that you have the consent of a parent or legal guardian and they agree to be bound by these Terms on your behalf. You confirm the information you provide is accurate and that you're authorized to use the payment method you submit.

products & drops

We operate on a limited-drop model. Products are produced in limited quantities and may sell out, be discontinued, or not be restocked.

  • Product images, colors, and mockups are shown as accurately as possible, but actual colors may vary depending on your screen and the sublimation printing process. Minor variation is normal and is not a defect.
  • All products are described and priced on their individual product pages. We reserve the right to change products, descriptions, and prices at any time without notice.
  • We reserve the right to limit quantities, refuse, or cancel any order at our discretion — including orders that appear to be placed by resellers, orders flagged as fraudulent, and orders affected by pricing or listing errors. If we cancel an order you've already paid for, we'll refund you in full.

custom & made-to-order orders

Custom uniforms, team kits, and other made-to-order production are governed by these Terms and by our separate Custom / Made-to-Order Terms, which apply to those orders.

By placing a custom order you agree that:

  • A deposit of 50% is required before we begin production. The balance is due before shipment, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
  • You are responsible for confirming all order details — sizes, quantities, names, numbers, and artwork — before production. We produce exactly what you approve.
  • Artwork and IP: If you submit any logo, design, name, crest, or other material, you confirm that you own it or have the legal right to use it, and you authorize us to reproduce it for your order. You are solely responsible for any third-party rights, and you agree to cover any claim that arises from material you supplied.
  • Custom and personalized items are final sale, except where they arrive defective or incorrect due to our error. See our Return & Refund Policy.

pricing, payment & taxes

All prices are listed on the Site in the currency shown at checkout. Payment is processed securely through our payment provider; we don't store your full card details.

You're responsible for any applicable taxes, customs duties, and import fees, which may be charged separately depending on your location. We are not responsible for fees imposed by your country's customs authority.

shipping & returns

Shipping timelines, costs, and risk of loss are described in our Shipping Policy. Returns, exchanges, and refunds are governed by our Return & Refund Policy. Both are incorporated into these Terms by reference.

intellectual property

All content on the Site — including the brand name, the strikethrough wordmark, logos, icons, designs, product artwork, photography, copy, and the overall look and feel — is owned by The Unofficial Brand or its collaborators and is protected by intellectual property law.

You may not copy, reproduce, resell, distribute, or create derivative works from our designs or content without our written permission. Purchasing a product gives you the product — not the rights to the artwork on it.

acceptable use

You agree not to use the Site to:

  • Break any law or infringe anyone's rights
  • Submit false information or commit fraud
  • Resell our products in a way that misrepresents them as official merchandise
  • Interfere with, attack, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site or its systems

We may suspend or terminate access for anyone who violates these Terms.

third-party services

The Site runs on third-party platforms and services (including our e-commerce host, payment processor, and shipping carriers). We're not responsible for the practices, content, or failures of third parties, and your use of their services may be subject to their own terms.

disclaimers

The Site and our products are provided "as is" and "as available." To the fullest extent permitted by law, we make no warranties beyond those required by applicable consumer-protection law. We don't guarantee that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you have under the mandatory consumer-protection laws of your country.

limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, The Unofficial Brand will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or our products. Where liability cannot be excluded, our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid for the order in question.

indemnification

You agree to cover and hold us harmless from any claim, loss, or expense arising from your breach of these Terms, your misuse of the Site, or any material or artwork you submit to us.

governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA, and applicable U.S. federal law, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be subject to the jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Wyoming, except where the mandatory consumer-protection law of your country or state of residence gives you the right to bring a claim where you live.

changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The current version is always posted on the Site with its "last updated" date. Changes take effect when posted. If you keep using the Site after a change, you accept the updated Terms.

severability & contact

If any part of these Terms is found unenforceable, the rest stays in effect. These Terms are the entire agreement between you and us regarding the Site.
