We make limited drops and ship them worldwide from where they're made. Here's exactly how, where, and when your order gets to you.
This policy applies to orders placed at theunofficialbrand.com and works alongside our Return & Refund Policy and Terms of Service.
where we ship from
Orders are produced and shipped from Guatemala. Because we operate on a limited-drop model, every piece is dispatched from there directly to you.

We currently ship to:
- Guatemala (domestic)
- Mexico
- United States
- Central America
If your country isn't available at checkout, email us at hola@theunofficialbrand.com and we'll see what we can do.
processing time
Orders are processed and dispatched within 2–5 business days of being placed. Processing happens Monday–Friday, excluding holidays.
During a drop launch or restock, processing may take a little longer due to volume. If there's a significant delay, we'll email you.
You'll receive a confirmation email when your order is placed, and a second email with tracking once it ships.

Shipping is charged as a flat rate by destination, calculated at checkout:

delivery estimates
Once shipped, estimated delivery times are:

These are estimates, not guarantees. Delivery times depend on the carrier and on customs clearance, which is outside our control. Total time to receive your order = processing time + delivery time.
customs, duties & import taxes
For orders shipped outside Guatemala, you are responsible for any import duties, taxes, and customs fees charged by the destination country. These are not included in your order total or shipping cost and are collected by the carrier or customs authority, not by us.
Customs policies vary by country. If you're unsure what to expect, check with your local customs office before ordering. We can't predict or refund these charges, and we can't mark orders as "gifts" or undervalue them on customs forms.
tracking
Every order ships with tracking. You'll get a tracking number by email once your order is dispatched. If you haven't received tracking within [number] business days of your order confirmation, check your spam folder, then contact us.
delays
Some delays are out of our hands — customs holds, carrier backlogs, weather, peak seasons, and incorrect addresses can all slow things down. We'll always help you track down a delayed package, but we can't be held responsible for carrier delays once an order has shipped.
lost or stolen packages
If tracking shows your package as delivered but you can't find it, check with neighbors, your building, and your local carrier office first — packages often turn up within a day or two.
- Lost in transit: If the carrier confirms your package was lost before delivery, contact us and we'll arrange a replacement or refund.
- Marked delivered but missing: Once a carrier confirms delivery to your address, the package is your responsibility. We'll help you open a claim with the carrier, but we can't refund or replace packages confirmed as delivered.
incorrect or incomplete address
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We ship to the address you provide. If an order is returned to us because of an incorrect or incomplete address, we'll contact you to arrange reshipment, and you'll be responsible for the additional shipping cost. We can't reroute a package once it's in transit.
risk of loss
Title and risk of loss pass to you once your order is delivered to the address you provided, or once a carrier confirms delivery. Until then, the provisions above apply.
